Today I am thankful for my health. Overall my health is great! Do I need to loose some weight and exercise more, yes! Will I do it? Sure, maybe, someday. Should I eat better? Heck yes, but I feel great and that is the most important part! There is always something that we can do to better out health. I do not smoke. I do not drink. So, I have a little extra curves and love to eat chocolate.
I do hike when I can and enjoy being outside and in nature. It is also mentally relaxing to hike, too. Speaking on mentally… I am also mentally healthy! I have suffered from anxiety and depression in the past, but I am stable on medications and I am okay with that.
