Gather your thoughts.

You are okay.
You are not a monster.
Its okay.

Stand up for yourself.
Don’t let others talk down to you.

No one else can be.

Take a nap.
Get your hair done.
Do your nails.
Do it for you.

Take a deep breath and relax.
